What is Mutual Fund University?
Mutual Fund University is a fun way for beginning investors to learn more about the basics of investing, mutual funds and more. If you’re unsure about what you don’t know, Mutual Fund University’s curriculum is designed especially for you.
How do I earn a diploma?
Each of the modules in Mutual Fund University’s curriculum includes eight lessons. After you’ve completed the lessons in one module, click on the icon at the bottom of the module to print your diploma.
What do the check marks on the curriculum page mean?
When you complete a lesson, a green check mark appears next to it, signifying you’ve passed and can move on to the next lesson. Of course, you can always revisit a lesson.
How do I complete a lesson?
You receive credit for any lesson 30 seconds after you open it. Even if you’ve received credit, you can always return to any lesson as often as you wish to.
Is there a limit on how long I can work on each diploma?
Your progress in each module stays on the site indefinitely. Each time you log-in, your information will be available for you.
After I’ve earned all available diplomas, then what?
First, we congratulate you; it’s time to celebrate! You know more about investing than when you started, and maybe you’re ready to start handling your investments. We encourage you to check back for more modules in the curriculum.
I don’t remember my username. What do I do?
Your username is the e-mail address you used to enroll in Mutual Fund University. Please verify which address you used to enroll before trying again.
My password isn’t working. What do I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, or your password isn’t working, click on the ‘Forgot password’ link under the sign-in box. Your password will be sent to the e-mail address you used for enrollment.
