Client Account Representative - Overland Park, KS

We are seeking a strong individual to fill the role of Client Account Representative in our Overland Park, KS office.  The Client Account Representative provides a central point of contact for The Mutual Fund Store financial advisors.  This position provides top quality support with a high degree of client satisfaction, technical expertise, and timeliness. 

The Client Account Representative will perform back office operations including maintaining client databases, reconciling accounts, and preparing performance and billing reports for client accounts.  The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized, comfortable working with numbers and familiar with Excel.   An understanding of the mutual fund and investment community would be advantageous.  

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Attention to detail
• Ability and desire to review work for accuracy and completeness
• 1-2 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities to meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Receptionist - Baton Rouge, LA

The Mutual Fund Store is seeking a receptionist in our Baton Rouge, LA office. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting our valued clients, will support our Investment Advisors with many activities relating to our clients, answering the phones, transferring and routing calls, assisting with clerical functions, and other miscellaneous duties as may be assigned. The position will have regular client contact, a responsibility to maintain necessary forms and files, and will need to be very detail oriented. Part time considered. Full time preferred. Full time working hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. There is flexibility within the schedule to allow for a ½ day off during the week to balance for Saturday hours.
